PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT!
 
 
  • In order to provide our customers with the best possible results, we only work with Raw hair bundles or high quality Virgin hair bundles. We do not work with bundels from Aliexpress, Shein, Amazon etc. We understand that this may cause inconveniences, but from experience we know that the best results are achieved with high quality hair. If you have any doubts about your bundles or you are looking for high quality bundles, you can contact us on 064524798.
 
  • Upon arrival for your appointment ( sew ins), hair must be blow-dried, clean, dry and free of product. If you are unable to do this yourself you can book this service under 'add ons'.

  • Upon arrival for your appointment, your hair should be slightly blown out ( natural hair)
 
  • A deposit of €15 of the total price is required to confirm your appointment. You will receive the link that you can pay by in the confirmation email.
 
  • The deposit is non-refundable, but if you cancel before 24 hrs you can use the deposit to book for a future appointment. 
 
  • If you are running late please let us know in time. After 20 minutes late the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be lost. To rebook, a new deposit must be made.
 
  • The time is an estimate, the appointment may take longer or shorter
 
  • Canceling your appointment is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment.
 
  • Bringing extra people to the appointment is not allowed. (for children you can always ask)
 
  • If your desired time or day is not available, you can always send a message to see what we can do ( sometimes squeeze in spots are available)
 
  • We do not provide refunds, but in the event of problems or issues you can contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will try to provide a suitable solution.
